Add a New Task

As a business owner, it is extremely important that you manage your time efficiently. One way in which you can achieve that is delegating some of the workload to your team in the form of tasks.
This will allow you to clear out time for other important work.

If you work alone and don't have a team - it’s crucial that you will stay on top of your work and track your tasks closely.

Arbox lets you create tasks regarding a certain client, or group of clients sharing the same characteristics, and assign them to your team or to yourself as a reminder.
You can also create automated task reminders to streamline your workflow.

With tasks you can ensure your clients will receive the best customer service you are able to give.

Creating a task in the system is a two step process - let’s begin by creating the type first.

How to create a task type

1. Go to the tasks page from the side menu.

2. Click on the settings icon.

3. Click on the blue “create” button.

4. Write down the name of your task, then click on the √ icon to save it.

Here are just a few examples of task types you can create -

* Sales call

* Membership renewal

* Call with a manager

* Issue a reimbursement 

How to add a task

Now that your first step is complete, you can add your new task and assign it to one of your team members.

1. Stay in the settings page and click on “create a task”.
You can also do this step from the quick actions button.

2. Choose the task type and team member you would like to assign it to.

3. Pick the task’s attribution - members, leads or general.

4. If you have chosen members\ leads, choose the specific client you would like this task to apply to.

5. Write in the task’s description.

6. Determine the task’s deadline.

7. Once you are finished, click save.
