Automated tasks are a helpful and effective way to run your business so
you never forget to contact a client, collect payment or renew a membership. It can impact sales growth and retain your existing client base over time.
With Arbox, you can set task reminders that will pop up for you or your team members automatically after a certain action is triggered. For example, whenever an existing or potential client is interested in a membership, you can create an automated task, reminding you to contact them immediately.
You can also manage your tasks manually, or send automatic notifications to your client.
1. Go to the "Tasks" page in the side menu.
2. Click on the "Settings" icon.
3. Create a “task type” by clicking the create button in the "task types" column. When finished, press √ and save.
4. Go to the "Automatic Tasks" column and click the “create” button.
5. Choose the task, what action should occur to trigger it, and when it should be executed - immediately/at a different time by choice.
