Managing Your Schedule

Your schedule is a key part of your business. There you can organize your work hours, log business activity, send session reminders and much more.

The Arbox schedule is composed of different service types - appointments, group sessions and workshops. You can manually sign clients up to any of those services, or let them schedule themselfs in using your schedule link and client app.

Let's go over the different services:

Appointment - a predetermined time period in which a single client can receive service from a single staff member.
This service type is perfect for businesses looking to schedule 1:1 meetings or appointments (personal training, nail appointment, financial counseling, physical therapy session etc.). You will need to determine your business availability and the hours in which you are free to receive clients first.

Group session - allow multiple people to attend the same session and create limitations and restrictions if you wish to do so.
You can decide if your group session will be individual or recurring (weekly\monthly.
You can also sign clients up for group sessions in advance, thus ensuring stability and consistency.

Workshop -  a short course or multiple sessions occurring in a specific time period.
Workshops allow your clients to learn and experiment with new things, and are perfect for businesses looking to hold online lectures, professional courses, children’s activities etc.
