Group Sessions

Arbox allows businesses to set up group sessions such as classes, trainings, meetings, etc. To add a new group session, go to you Calendar, click the "Add" button, and select Group Session. Choose the session details like name, staff, date/time, and maximum participants. You can make sessions recurring or one-time with ease.

After creating a group session, you can customize settings like visibility, cancellation policy, and registration opening/closing times. For example, hide internal meetings, allow cancellation up to 24 hours before, or close registration 2 hours before the session starts. You can also set a minimum number of participants required for the session to take place.

Managing registrations, waitlists, and cancellations for group sessions is easy in Arbox. Click on one of your sessions, and choose "Manage Participants" to view bookings, waitlist, and cancellations. You can delete or restore registrations, move waitlisted clients to bookings, and much more. The system tracks registration and cancellation times and details, and allows you to communicate with your clients straight from your calendar.
