How to integrate Arbox and Facebook Through Zapier

Pull leads and run campaigns on facebook directly from your management platform by integrating them through Zapier.

Step 1 - Sign in to your Zapier account.

Don't have a Zapier account? click here for help.

Please note that this integration might require a paid Zapier account. You can review the Zapier packages here.

 

Step 2 - Go to Zapier homepage and create a new Zap.

Step 3 - Connect your Facebook account to your Arbox account.

Choose Facebook lead ads and Arbox from the drop-down menu.

Step 4 - Create Trigger & Action.

A good example of a trigger would be a new lead being added on your Facebook page. A good example of an action would be a new lead that was created in your Arbox account.

  So far so good!

Now you will be asked to define which data to be collected by Arbox from Facebook.

1. Click "Get Started" below.

2. Login to your Facebook account and choose the page and form that the data should be collected from
When you are done, click "Next"

3. Connect your Arbox account.

4. Insert your Arbox API Key to allow access.
When you are done. click "Yes, Continue".

5. Choose the fields you want to edit in Arbox.
Please note that the fields which were defined as "required" will appear gray.
When you are done, scroll down and click "Next"


6. Please make sure the fields are synced in all apps.
When you are done, click "Next".


7. Now let's test the Zap and make sure all the connections are activated and match your settings.
Click "Send test".
Check your Arbox leads page to see the test that was created and named "test".


8. Review your Zap and turn it on!
Click "Turn on Zap".


You are all set! You can manage your Zap anytime by clicking "Manage your Zap"
