Create Membership Types

Memberships allow limited or unlimited access to your variety of services for a predetermined period of time.

This is an excellent way to provide your customers with a package of services at affordable prices on the one hand, and ensure customer retention on the other hand.

You can choose what type of service will be included in the membership, what will be its period of time (monthly, annual subscription, etc.), and whether it will be automatically renewed at the end of the period.

For example, if you own a gym, you can create a monthly membership that allows access to yoga and pilates classes only.

If you have a beauty salon, you can create an annual membership that allows you to register for facial treatments, pedicures, hair removal, etc.

Creating a wide variety of membership types enables you to cater to the specific needs of your existing customers and attract and increase sales of new potential customers.  


How to create a new membership?

1. Go to the "Settings" page located on the side menu.

2. Click on "types of memberships".

3. Click on the blue "Add membership type" button.

4. Define the membership type.

Please note that there are some fields that are mandatory to move forward (Name, branch & price)


5. Define the time period of the membership or expiration date. 

Settings & Restrictions

After the initial setup, choose the membership settings and restrictions. 

"Available in shop" enables customers to be able to purchase this type of membership in the store independently 

Recurring payment plan - renews payment automatically at the end of the membership period. This type of membership is only available for businesses that have joined direct debit clearing services. To activate, remember to select the billing cycle. 

Session restriction - defining specific appointments per membership. Not activating this feature enables the customer to sign up for any type of appointment.

Frequency - Limiting the number of appointment types or registrations per membership. 

Time restrictions- defining specific days or time ranges per membership.

Additional registration time- enabling extra time prior to registration.

Additional session registrations - giving additional sessions manually to any client. 

Transparent membership - Defining a membership that is not part of the active memberships. For example, creating a specific membership for employees.
