Writing and Sending Messages

Sending messages is a simple task that can help you strengthen clients’ sense of belonging to your business, and build a solid base for effective client communication.

With Arbox messages you can remind your clients about upcoming sessions,update them about future events, send them a direct link to products and services in your schedule and shop and even deliver personalized promo codes!

Keeping clients updated and informed can help you prevent last minute cancellations, which will save you time and resources down the line. 

Messages can be sent by a variety of delivery methods (SMS, push notification, email) and ways depending on the message type and target audience. 

How can you send messages on the management platform?

Option 1: through the quick actions button

1. Press on the quick actions button and select “new message”.

2. Choose your desired delivery option and target audience.

3. Write the message’s content, you can use the message parameters to give the message a more personal touch.
Each delivery option has its own character restrictions that should be kept in mind.

4. When you are done, click send.

Option 2: through the client profile

If you wish to send the message to a specific client, you can do so through the client profiles.

1. Look for the name of the desired client in your client lists or through the search area.

2. Enter their client profile and go to the communication tab.

3. Click on the blue plus sign and choose a delivery method - push, SMS, email.

4. Write the message’s content, you can use the message parameters to give the message a more personal touch.

5. When you are done, click send.

Option 3: Reports

You can send messages to a group of clients sharing the same characteristics through the relevant report. For example - send a message to clients whose membership is about to expire.

1. Go over the existing reports and choose the relevant one.

2. You can send the message to specific clients by ticking their name, or to all of them by ticking the name category.

3. Click on the actions button and choose a delivery method - push, SMS, email.

4. Write the message’s content, you can use the message parameters to give the message a more personal touch.

5. When you are done, click send.
