With these reports you can examine statistics, predict future income, note your most popular products and services, manage your staff’s work, view your lead growth, track registrations and much more.
Reports will help you receive a 360 of your business, draw conclusions and make smart decisions driven by data.

In addition, through your reports you can send messages to clients regarding the report’s topic. For example - remind clients to renew memberships that are about to expire, check in on clients who missed multiple sessions etc.

You can mark a star next to your most used reports and access them easily through the favorites tab, as well as download reports as Excel documents.

Arbox reports are divided into three main categories:

Essentials - reports regarding active members and staff. With these reports you can oversee daily operations like transactions, bookings, session summaries and more.

Growth - reports regarding prospects and leads. With these reports you can view statistics regarding leads at any point in their journey with your business. You can detect your main lead revenue, and what percentage of new leads has been converted into paying clients.

Retention - reports regarding clients that are at risk of leaving your business. With these reports you can see which clients have not visited your business or made purchases on your shop lately, memberships that are about to expire and yet to be renewed and more.
