After a client makes a purchase from a business operated with Arbox, they will get an email with their login information and access to our members app. Want to know exactly how to use your brand new application? Watch the video at the end of this guide, and become an Arbox expert!
If a client is a member in more than one business working with Arbox, they will be able to view all of them in the same app.
The members app is divided into four screens:
- News feed - receive updates and important information from the businesses you are a member of.
- Your profile - view and edit your personal information shared with the business. You can also view the information of the businesses you are a member of.
- Scheduling - view your existing bookings and book new appointments and group sessions.
- Shop - purchase products and membership options from the business.
